DEYAS programs deliver harm reduction and health promotion services to high-risk, "street-involved" people throughout Vancouver. They promote the health and safety of those who aren't ready to change or are simply unable to do so. The driving objective of all DEYAS services is to provide windows of opportunity for individuals who want to escape the street and change their lives for the better, through a range of personal interventions
